Wandering around and getting into an accident, Captain Aston Villa is fined
Aston Villa captain Jack Grealish apologizes for what he did. Amid the COVID19 corona virus pandemic, Grealish goes to his friend's house and holds a party.
After returning from the party, Grealish was then involved in an accident. He crashed into three cars, one motorbike and an iron fence of a resident's house.
The car that was hit by Grealish included two Mercedes for £ 30,000 (around Rp. 609 million) and £ 20,000 (around Rp. 406 million).
"I will only make a short video, just to say how embarrassed I am with what happened this weekend. I know this is difficult for everyone," Grealish said on his Twitter account.
"I got a call from a colleague and invited me to party and I stupidly agreed to it. I don't want anyone else to do the same. So I clearly ask everyone to stay at home," he added.
Grealish hopes that his apologies will be accepted by everyone. Grealish also prayed that the corona virus would soon pass, so that life would return to normal.
Meanwhile, Aston Villa has issued a statement related to the incident that befell the captain. Quoted from four-fourtwo, the player will receive sanctions and fines. Then the fine will be donated to the local charity.
"Aston Villa is very sorry that one of its players disobeyed an order to remain at home during the corona virus," the club's official statement said.
"Players will get disciplinary action and fined the proceeds will be donated to The University Hospital Charity in Birmingham," he added.
