Corona Virus Outbreak, Lukaku Bored Brought Through Quarantine

The Corona COVID19 virus pandemic has made soccer players unable to carry out activities outside the home. Inter Milan striker Romelu Lukaku admitted that he felt bored while undergoing quarantine because of the virus.

The match in Serie A has been postponed until 3 April. Italy is one of the countries in Europe which is badly affected by this virus from China, with a mortality rate of around 3500.

Quoted from Foxsport, Lukaku has not been allowed to meet with children and other family members since a week ago.

"We have to be careful, because we can touch people who might be infected with the virus," Lukaku said.

"I'm now with a physical trainer. They bring food, because I'm on a strict diet. Every day around 12, they send someone to bring food. I eat fish and vegetables," he added.

According to Lukaku, he had not been trained for nine days as usual. Lukaku added, the club bought bicycles or treadmills to use in their apartments.

Lukaku became a fairly fertile player at Inter. Of the 35 matches he has played, the Belgium international scored 23 goals.

"I miss an ordinary life. With my son and family. Even with people out there," he added.

"I miss training and playing games in front of fans. Now I am starting to appreciate what they have," he explained.
